license required in
· No, however a
certificate of insurance is required. Proof of liability insurance in the
amount of $500,000 and worker's compensation insurance indicating statutory
limits must be produced prior to the issuance of a building permit. This does
not apply to a homeowner performing work on his or her own personal residence.
