CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor’s announcement:
I hereby declare that notice has been given to the Herald Times, the
Atlantic City Press and posted on the bulletin board of the Middle Township
Municipal Building, stating the time and place of the following meeting, as
required in P.L. 1975, Chapter 231 of the State of New Jersey. (Sunshine Law).
Notice of
this meeting was properly given in Resolution No. 40-08 entitled “Establishing
Work Session Meeting Nights” which was adopted by Township Committee of the
Members
present are Mayor Doughty, Committeemember DeLanzo & Committeemember Barry.

Vincent Modica: Want
committee to pass resolutions to keep pesticides out of
Steve Barry: Do you mean to see if it works or what the
ecological dangers are?
Vincent Modica: To see what
the ecological dangers are.
Betty McGurk: Wanted to
know if Committee received the pamphlets from the Atlantic City Electric
representative……if not, she can bring hers to us……she spoke about testing on
animals and amounts to be used.
Madelyn Filipski: Stated she
put the NuVisioning flyer in front of each committee
member…suggestions of things that the Township might think about….this is what
Mayor Doughty & Committeeman Barry: No, that is
not true.
