above stated project be reduced to $143,817.70.

body thereof, that the Interlocal Agreement between
the Township of Middle and the Borough of Cape May Point for Bus Shelters
effective August 15, 2005 with an expiration of December 31, 2005, be and is
hereby ratified.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the appropriate officials are hereby authorized
and directed to sign said contract.
WHEREAS,
