Sewer User Fees due quarterly: January, April, July and October

Residential Rate: $460.00 ($115.00 per quarter)

Commercial Rate: $0.006 per gallon/minimum $520.00 ($130.00 per quarter)

Developments in excess of 85 equivalent units shall pay an additional $35.00 per unit

Inspection Fee: 5% of the estimated and agreed upon value of construction
