• Residential Rate: $460.00 ($115.00 per quarter)

• Commerical Rate: $0.006 per gallon/minimum $520.00 ($130.00 per quarter)

• Application Fee: $300.00

• Connection Fee: $2,200.00 per equivalent dwelling unit

• Sewer Extension Fee: $300.00 Application Fee

• Escrow Review Fee: $3,000.00 up to 85 equivalent dwelling units

• Development in excess of 85 equivalent units shall pay an additional $35.00 per unit

• Inspection Fee: 5% of the estimated and agreed upon value of construction
